"I have been taking this for quite a while. At nearly 70 years old, I am able to shovel snow in winter, weed my garden now that it is spring here, and work outside for nearly 2 hours before I run out of steam. I do have a wonky hip, but everything else is working better! I take it in the mornings with a few supplements. I make 3 servings at a time and refrigerate it. It is not necessary to use hot water if it will sit in the water overnight.
Thank you for this product. I used two other similar products before finding this one, so when I found SeaSource I was already familiar with and benefiting from the effects of collagen. I am sticking with SeaSource - preferable taste (practically none!), and higher quality ingredients. (I prefer the fact that it is fish based). Mostly I am using it for flexibility although my nails grow like crazy."
